Our fully equipped Gymnasium has the latest in cardiovascular and resistance machinery, with a small free weight section. When you join you will be provided with a ‘free of charge’ initial induction of the gym giving you a tour of the machines and explanations on the uses of each one.
PLUS a FREE half hour Personal Fitness Session by a qualified Personal Fitness instructor (at no extra charge).
