Zumba

Zumba returns … we now have two classes on offer:-

Friday 11:30 – 12:30 – commencing 13th January – Session £5

Sunday 11:00 – 12:00 commencing 15th January – Session £5

Salsa

We have a one off Salsa class booked for Sunday 15th January 14:00 – 15:00

Ashtanga “Power” Yoga

Wednesday 09:30 – 10:30

These sessions get your heart pumping, increases flexbility and helps develop strong core muscles, whilst promoting a sense of calmness.

New Pilates Class – body conditioning

Starting Monday 10th January 2012 – 9:30 – 10:30 – £6 per session

Exercise that helps build flexibility and strengthen core muscles. Relieve stress, improve co-ordination, breathing and balance
